Pre 2020, the previous owner replaced the suspension, and the catalytic converters. I have even more records from the previous owner. I have a binder dating back to 2009 with various records.

The 1000W Renogy inverter connects to coach outlets, powering an inverter microwave that runs off the inverter and battery. All installed in 2021.

Interior Comfort: Experience maximum airflow with the upgraded Max Air fan (2021). Custom window insulation inserts keep you cozy in all weather conditions.

Storage Galore: This RV offers ample indoor and outdoor storage space, including a large hidden compartment for your valuables.

On-Board Generator: The generator has 160 hours and recent rebuild service (2017), serving as a power backup. (never used much by me but still changed oil yearly)

Ample Water Supply: With a 37-gallon water tank and an additional 13-gallon indoor tank for winter months, you’ll have plenty of water year round. Enjoy the convenience of a sink, indoor and outdoor shower, and a 32-gallon gray tank.

Propane Appliances: Cook with ease on the propane stove and a 3-way fridge, ability to run the microwave off the battery power. Enjoy hot showers from the propane water heater, and stay warm with the fully rebuilt propane furnace (2023). A 12-gallon propane tank keeps you supplied.

Convenience: The RV includes a toilet with a 17-gallon black tank, a full-sized bed, and swivel seats. Both dump tank valves were replaced (2024).

Rebuilt Title: Purchased from an RV builder in Bend, Oregon, in early 2020, this RV was previously a totaled vehicle from an insurance company. It had minor rear-end damage, which was professionally repaired. As a result, the title is rebuilt from salvage. I would be happy to submit the salvage yard / auction report upon request.
